Primary Care transformation focuses on the specific elements of the Primary Care transformation plan, which is already supported by the local workforce action board (LWAB), that focuses on Care and Support Staff (CaSS) roles. There is some clear overlap with the specific developments.

Project ECHO facilitates the delivery of a free and tailored programme of training and education direct from St Luke’s to multiple sites where there is a training and education need. This then creates a community of practice that supports service delivery, sharing of knowledge and support to staff in underserved areas.

The South Yorkshire and Bassetlaw Faculty of Advanced Clinical Practice was formed in 2015 and is helping to bring about a coordinated and consistent approach to developing the clinical workforce.
