The SYREC Schools Engagement Team is delighted to have been working closely with six Nuffield Placement students over the last fortnight. Students have been analysing and comparing data around our Health and Social Care workforce and our local school populations to identify groups that are currently under-represented in our local workforce.

Every student came extremely prepared with work of an exceptional standard.  We had previously prepared students to give peer feedback and they participated with professionalism and maturity continuously demonstrating positive attitudes and respect for others.

We’ve been humbled by each student’s dedication to every task we’ve given them and hope they have gained as much from the experience with us as we have from having them.
